What’s the story behind the TNK-BP raids? The BP felt collars in London believe that it is all about international asset valuation. The vernacular this morning was a little crude (sic) and suggested that BP acknowledges that it can be raped over Kovytka (which is just as well because they have been) but that they are not going to be raped twice over the overseas assets.
